Since our client has welcomed a new baby into the world, they have desired a safe patio area where their older children could spend time. Bearing this in mind, our team was tasked with transforming a cluttered and underutilized backyard into a safe and spacious play area for our client’s young children. The goal was to create an inviting outdoor space where our client’s toddlers could freely play and ride their bikes, encouraging outdoor activity in a secure environment.

Porch Construction

After discussing the variety of materials and designs the homeowner can choose from, they desired to choose brick for their material and design. The reason being was because their childhood home’s exterior was covered by bricks. Recalling their fond moments, they decided to renovate their front porch by adding a brick design to honor their childhood home.

Concrete Driveway and Retaining Wall Installation

No project is the same, and we understand that each homeowner has their own reasons for undertaking a remodeling project. Originally, we were called to build a retaining wall so that water from the homeowner’s property wouldn’t pool on the driveway with mud when it rained. However, after discussing why water was pooling on her driveway, our client realized it was time to upgrade her driveway.

In addition to enhancing her driveway aesthetically and installing proper drainage, our client also desired a transformation that would allow her Porsche effortless access in and out of her driveway. She also wanted to ensure that her home stands out dramatically within the neighborhood.

Furthermore, after completing the driveway, our client desired to aesthetically enhance her home by adding a smooth stucco finish to the exterior. This vision reflects her personal style—elegant, bold, and prestigious. To achieve this, the exterior of the house was meticulously updated with a luxurious black stucco finish, providing a sleek and sophisticated appearance that captures attention.

One of the reasons we are passionate about what we do is the stories behind why homeowners decide to start a home renovation project. Ever since our client began renting his now-owned home, he had desired to transform the backyard but couldn’t, as he wasn’t the owner at the time.

After years of convincing his landlord to sell him the home, he began undertaking a major renovation project both inside and out. Noble Nest Construction was tasked with transforming his backyard into a stunning retreat designed for relaxation and entertainment.

Stamped Concrete Driveway Transformation

With this project, the homeowner wanted to renovate his driveway due to the numerous cracks that had developed over time, affecting both its functionality and appearance. To address this issue, he sought out the expertise of our team. Our responsibility was to assess the current condition of the driveway, identify the underlying causes of the cracks, and implement a renovation plan to restore its utility and aesthetic appeal.

Stamped Concrete Porch Transformation

Our client was unhappy with the condition of her front yard entrance due to cracks in the existing concrete porch, which were caused by a tree she had removed. Wanting a more appealing and welcoming entrance for her guests, she hired our team to redesign the front patio. We addressed the issues by removing the damaged concrete and installing a new, aesthetically pleasing stamped concrete design. Additionally, the porch was extended to make better use of the available space.

Concrete Steps And Walkways

After the devastating Woolsey Fire in 2018 in Malibu, homes were destroyed, and materials that were once commonly used in construction proved dangerous. For this project, our client desired to renovate his backyard by adding concrete steps to enhance the area and provide protection. The goal of this project was to design and install concrete steps that seamlessly blend with the estate’s aesthetic while providing functional access around the property.
